Ready to wear corsets or made to measure corsets, are not made in advance, only on your demand and once your order is confirmed.
Therefore it will not be possible to exchange or be reimbursed.

It is possible to get a sample of material to check the quality and colour.

Prices

Prices indicated on the website are in Euros (€) for the french website and in Pounds Sterling (£) for the english website. Note that all prices include taxes.
Corsets & Creations Couture reserves the right to modify any price at anytime.
The amount due is stated on the order confirmation.

Order and payment for ready to wear corsets

Ready to wear corsets must be paid in full after acceptance of the order.

Order and payment for made to measure corsets

When decisions and options are agreed, a free quote with no purchase obligation will be sent to you. If this one is accepted a first instalment which represents 40% of the total price will be required with the signed contract, and later the remaining 60% of the total price being paid before the product is dispatched to the client.

Be sure to be able to take pictures of your fitting just as you accept the contract.
If not, the order would be cancelled with no refund

Methods of payment

Secure payment available with PAYPAL.
Corsets & Creations Couture will pass on your e-mail address to paypal with the total amount to pay.
Then you will receive an e-mail from paypal with a link to proceed with the payment.

Payment by bank transfer. If asked, Corsets & Creations Couture bank details will be communicated to you to proceed with the bank transfer.

Creation properties and pictorial rights.

Corsets & Creations Couture holds the rights to any sketch and/or style study required for the order.
Pictures of the model presented on a stand could potentially be used to promote the company.

Confidentiality

Corsets & Creations Couture keeps all information relating to any customer strictly confidential.

Shipping

Your corset will be safely dispatched in a secure parcel by special delivery with Royal Mail. The delivery will require a signature.

Shipping costs to UK: £8.50
Shipping costs to EEC: 22.50€

Corsets & Creations Couture would not be responsible of delays caused by a third party (ex: problems with carriages).
