Corsets & Creations Couture offer you made to measure corsets adapted to your needs and desires. This work requires a large amount of technical expertise and experience working on a stand and by hand to give shape to silks, laces, embroideries…
This is why the design of our corsets is based on several years of experience dedicated to haute couture customers. A work which requires extreme rigour, high accuracy and patience.

Design your corset in your very own style
Do you fancy a special corset design?
Laces delicately sewn at the cleavage or bottom lines of the corset; or depending on the laces, the pattern can be cut and sewn by hand.
You can ask to change the lines of the cleavage, or the bottom line of the corset according to the models presented. You can also send a picture or drawing of a particular shape that you especially like, and the process will start from this idea.
You choose the fabric, the colour and embellishments.

Embellish your corset!
A wide range of fabrics is proposed: coutils (satin, cotton, with spots…), silks such as duchess satin, dupion, taffetas, faille, brocade, and many more. Some fabulous Calais, Chantilly, corded, embroidered laces complete the range.
You can choose amongst different options:

Busk: gold or silver
Eyelets: gold or silver; black varnished or white varnished or ivory varnished (nickel free)
Lace: classic cotton lace, satin lace, velvet ribbon or satin ribbon.
Visible bone cases
Topstitchings : with normal thread matching fabric colour or with cordonnet thread (thicker shiny thread). It could be a contrasting colour and could match with the back lace.

Your corset step by step
During your visit at the workshop, the choices for your corset as well as taking measurements and fittings will all be executed together on the spot.

If you don't have the opportunity to come and meet us:
No problem, the following 3 steps will allow us to produce the corset of your desire.

The mock-up
Based on your measurements, the mock-up of your corset will be made. (The mock-up is the 1st draft of the garment made from a cotton fabric that allows any alterations and changes to be made to achieve the ideal pattern of your corset).
This mock-up is done with a busk (if requested on final corset), bones, eyelets and lace so that you can better visualize the shape and make the fitting as accurate as possible.

The fitting, in your home
You will do your corset fitting by yourself (following the instruction sheet) and take pictures. The pictures must then be returned by mail or by e-mail.
If possible, get help with the lacing and positioning of the mock-up, and pin any alterations. If the fitting seems satisfactory to us, you will send the mock-up back.

The creation and dispatch of your corset
The final corset will be achieved from this mock-up in the fabrics and options you have selected.
The lead time is around six weeks. Your corset will be dispatched securely in a protected parcel.
